Legislation

Gender Reassignment Act 2000
This is the Western Australian Act that allows for a legal change of sex.
 
Equal Opportunity Act 1984
Trans people who have legally changed their sex are protected from discrimination under the gender history provisions of this Act. People with intersex conditions are protected under the impairment provisions.
